Meet Us @ Content in Motion

When: 03-04 December 2015 Where: Warsaw, Poland–NInA What is it? The Content in Motion: Curating Europe's Audiovisual Heritage conference is organized by the EUscreenXL consortium–the best practice network for Europe's audiovisual heritage. The conference takes place on the 3^rd^ and 4^th^ of December in Warsaw at the Polish National Audiovisual Institute (NInA).

The two-day conference is made up of five sessions and three workshops, focusing on topics such as making AV heritage accessible, curating content to embed it in a meaningful context, and trans-media story-telling. The full programme can be found here.

Why are we there?

The conference provides an excellent opportunity to discuss the challenges audiovisual archives and broadcasters face to make available online their AV collections. Among the speakers are the Program Manager for the Google Cultural Institute James Davis, the documentary filmmaker and writer Peter B. Kaufman who is also teaching at the Columbia University's Center for Teaching and Learning, and Dean Jansen, co-founder of Amara.
