Meet Us @ Transforming Home Entertainment Summit
,When: 7 September 2016 Where: Picture House Central, London, United Kingdom What is it? The "Transforming Home Entertainment Summit" is a key entertainment industry event. It is hosted by the Media and Entertainment Services Alliance Europe (MESA) in association with the British Association of Screen Entertainment (BASE).
This year's Summit will feature industry-leading insight and panel discussions involving senior level executives from across Retail, Broadcast and Video. The topics covered range from digital innovation to commercial and technology-led developments all the way to retail initiatives. Industry experts will offer insight into future market opportunities and the latest in consumer trends.
With over 300 international delegates scheduled to attend, the event presents a suitable international media and broadcast audience with great networking and exploitation opportunities.
Why are we there?
We are a partner in the SAM Project. As part of the SAM Industrial Workshop, the SAM project presents the final prototype for a next-generation, open social-media content delivery platform for the multiscreen TV environment. This includes a demonstration of SAM production tools and the end-user consumption context. At the "Transforming Home Entertainment Summit", SAM will be exhibiting the SAM platform to interested participants in a dedicated area of the venue.
DW Innovation will be present with two members of the team: Birgit Gray and Peggy van der Kreeft will be highlighting the enhancement of video content, the production of 2nd Screen experiences and benefits for broadcasters and media providers.
